Wafer paper is made from potato starch and is tasteless and odorless. By nature wafer paper is somewhat translucent. It looks like paper, but melts when it comes in contact with moisture (or your mouth). It is also kosher.

Frosting sheets are made from water, tapioca starch, corn syrup, corn syrup solids, cellulose, sorbitol, glycerine, sugar, vegetable oil, arabic gum, polysorbate 80, vanilla, titanium dioxide and citric acid. It is made in the USA.

When stored away from light and moisture, wafer paper and frosting sheets will keep for roughly a year.

The images have been printed with edible ink in a dedicated printer.
